The Autism Society of Newfoundland and Labrador is a provincial, nonprofit, charitable organization dedicated to fostering, lifelong, community-based supports and services. This includes acceptance, independence, productivity, and opportunities for inclusion in all facets of life for persons with autism spectrum disorders and their families.
South and Central Chapter
We are a support group for families of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our mission is to provide its members with education, materials, and services to assist in care giving; to establish linkages with health care providers and public services in aiding caregivers; and most importantly; to provide an open forum of mutual support and understanding for parents, relatives, and friends, of persons who are afflicted with ASD.
